In 2003, Iogen were sub-contracted by an e-Learning start-up company, Atlantic Link, to design and build a call centre training system for the high street retailer, NEXT.
The e-Learning software we developed allows them to train their call center staff in both England and India by emulating their complex ordering systems in real world scenarios.

The e-Learning software we developed allows them to train their call center staff in both England and India by emulating their complex ordering systems in real world scenarios.
As part of the project we also developed a comprehensive Learning Management System that enables the Training Managers to create their own customised courses, as well as adapt the existing courses where required. The Training Managers can also track the progress of their students.
